STAR is an acute and emergency telehealth service that supports other health professionals and clinicians with acute patient management and service navigation, with an aim to avoid unnecessary ED attendance and hospital admission. STAR provides emergency medicine specialist support to St John ambulance, rural practice settings and aged residential care.
